We understand how important data is for your business and we are excited to bring you several features to enhance how you can access, migrate, and leverage IT Glue information.

IT Glue Cross-Account Migration Service

Migrating your documentation across IT Glue accounts while maintaining all asset relationships and folder organization is now possible with the IT Glue Cross-Account Migration service. Whether you have recently merged or been acquired by another business, the Migration Service will help you transfer your data as well as related items of existing assets, documents and users. This means you won’t have to recreate the relationships between hundreds of items you worked hard to record in the first place. Please note, this service is only available for accounts located in the North American data center.

Automated Account Backup

With the new API Endpoint and Powershell script, you can automatically schedule and export your account data and ensure there is an up-to-date, recent backup of your documentation available. Backing up is easy. First, set up a scheduled time for when the recurring account export occurs in IT Glue. Then utilize the API endpoint and the GitHub Powershell script to automatically export and download your IT Glue account data on a local drive. Finally, once you have the archive file of your IT Glue data, you may use your own method to remotely backup the data to your preferred cloud storage.

IT Glue and BMS - Usage-Based Cloud Services Automated Billing

Manual billing, no more! You can now leverage your existing IT Glue Flexible Assets documentation to automate your cloud services billing in BMS. BMS will automatically pull the IT Glue Flexible Asset quantity directly to the contract you’ve added the service to, and you have the option to change the quantity in IT Glue as needed. So, whether you want to leverage the Office 365 integration or include additional services, you can now automatically bill based on usage count.

Password SafeShare provides IT Glue users with a secure and convenient method of sharing sensitive information with external recipients via a time-restricted link protected by two-factor authentication.

Policies Flexible Asset

The new Policies Flexible Asset is a customizable, scalable template designed to centralize and standardize policy-related processes across your organization. Structured with key fields such as start date, mail distribution, manager and signed contract status, it helps eliminate manual errors and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.

This flexible asset was the winning submission from our GlueXperience Community Contest — an idea shared by Brandon Palmer from Les Olson Company. Not only did he win $500 for this contribution, but his idea is now built into IT Glue and available for all users to access.

Customizable Hardware Warranty Report

Creating customer-focused hardware warranty reports just got a whole lot easier. With the newest update, you can tailor reports that are clean, clear and perfectly aligned with what your customers care about most.

• Choose what to show: Select the specific fields you want to include in your report, like device name, OS, expiry date, RAM and more.
• Group data your way: Organize your report for better storytelling.
• Exclude irrelevant devices: Remove devices that don’t fit your customer’s focus with powerful exclusions by status, age group, location and more.
• Warranty overview chart: Add a high-level snapshot of warranty statuses across all devices. This chart stays the same no matter how you filter the table — perfect for giving context.

All changes will be reflected in the PDF format of the report as well.

Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Password Rotation

With Microsoft Entra ID Password Rotation feature, our customers will be able to stay ahead of emerging threats and rotate passwords stored not only in Active Directory, but also in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 according to their own schedule and frequency, organization rules and password complexity requirements. After rotation, the newly generated passwords will be updated in the Microsoft Entra ID, on-premise Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and IT Glue.

On Monday, April 24, the #GlueCrew had the honor of bringing GlueXperience 2023 to Las Vegas, as part of the Kaseya Connect Global 2023 conference.

From our own CTO and GM, Nadir Merchant, to guest speakers such as Allen Edwards from Eureka Process and multiple IT Glue Power Users who joined us on stage to share their own personal experiences, GlueXperience 2023 was a jam-packed day full of exciting sessions. 1-Click AD Password Rotation

The IT Glue team is thrilled to announce the wide release of one of our most anticipated features — 1-Click Active Directory Password Rotation for Network Glue.

You can now easily rotate on-premises Active Directory passwords directly in IT Glue with just one click to mitigate credential stealing. The new password that you rotate in IT Glue will be automatically updated in Active Directory, reducing human errors since you no longer have to switch between tools.

With the 1-Click AD Password Rotation feature, you can view on-prem AD password details right in IT Glue, including last rotated, status, updated date, and the network and organization it belongs to. You will also be able to bulk-rotate multiple passwords at once, and AD passwords that are not yet recorded in IT Glue will be surfaced so you can update as needed and reduce security vulnerabilities.

This feature is available to IT Glue users with an active Network Glue subscription.

BullPhish ID Integration: Automated User Onboarding

Leveraging the IT Glue API, this integration facilitates customer onboarding onto BullPhish ID by importing organizations and contacts from IT Glue, reducing the need for manual data entry. The organizations and contacts will remain linked, so any time you make changes on the IT Glue side, the changes will automatically sync to BullPhish ID.

The integration greatly simplifies the new customer setup and ongoing customer management within BullPhish ID, making it a great time saver.

IT Glue and MyGlue - Browser Extension Password Autofill and Auto-Creation

The Password AutoFill browser extension helps users concentrate on their work instead of wasting time trying to find the required credentials. Whether you use web browsers like Chrome, Firefox or Chromium, this browser extension will automatically fill in the login fields with saved credentials that you have securely stored in IT Glue.

Additionally, it will auto-prompt you to save any newly created passwords on any webpages and allows you to securely access, store and create passwords. Not only can you easily store and access your passwords, you can even access the documentation in IT Glue via one simple keystroke. Just press “Q” and it will bring up the IT Glue search bar on any webpage.

Datto SaaS Protection User Insights

The new Datto SaaS Protection User Insights Integration for IT Glue introduces a deeper level of client backup status visibility, ensuring that users’ productivity and daily operations can continue running smoothly no matter what. This marks a significant advancement in IT management, enabling users to swiftly identify and enroll unprotected contacts while providing detailed backup information at the contact level for M365 and Google Workspace environments.

With this integration, IT Glue users gain critical insights into contacts that require backup but are not yet protected, as well as easily identifying contacts with failed backups. This ensures a more comprehensive understanding of how users interact within their IT environment, enhancing overall IT management and client support.

Integrated Executive Summary Report - Graphus

Graphus Executive Summary Report is now available in myITprocess, helping MSPs provide their customers with an email security overview, proving the effectiveness of their anti-phishing defense measures.

Key metrics include:

• Quarantined attacks: Evaluates the system’s effectiveness in identifying and isolating threats before they reach users.
• Protected inboxes: Ensures that the security solution is applied to all necessary user accounts, providing a comprehensive defense.
• Processed emails: Assesses the overall workload on the phishing protection system.

The data automatically comes into myITprocess with seamless integration and is always up to date and ready to use for your QBR meetings.

With the new Unitrends DR Runbook in IT Glue, ensure the most efficient disaster recovery. You can now export a standardized list of all protected machines with the latest device data so you can ensure no machines are missed or rebooted incorrectly, for maximum asset protection.

Video Tutorials

Become an IT Glue expert with our new in-app Video Tutorials page. Take advantage of everything IT Glue has to offer with Video Tutorials, which include step-by-step instructions and how-to details for various features and integrations. You can find this new page in the drop-down Help menu located at the top right of IT Glue.

ServiceNow Integration update

Automatically sync ServiceNow contacts, specifically Sys Users, into IT Glue as Contacts. You will now be able to effortlessly see up-to-date Sys User details such as their first and last names, title and email addresses in IT Glue.

Automate Group Assignments with SSO

When a new user accesses IT Glue through their single sign-on provider, the IT Glue user will now be auto-assigned the correct IT Glue Group based on information from your SSO provider. This will include the correct user permissions, helping you avoid making mistakes during this otherwise manual process.

Autotask Migration

With the new Autotask 1.6 version, you can avoid disconnection issues between IT Glue and Autotask by ensuring the integration is authenticated with an API User License. Simply reconnect Autotask to IT Glue once you authenticate with an API user.

Cooper Copilot: Smart SOP Generator enhancements

The newest version of the SOP Generator now includes the ability to take manual screenshots, including on pages with iframes. It also includes a new Preview where you can blur any sensitive images, zoom and pan, modify the hotspot, change document settings, like font, and choose whether your SOP is created with sections or steps.

Please note, we will never store your original image, where redactions have been made, and will only ever store the final, redacted version.

Password Policy Enforcement enhancements

IT Glue now offers greater flexibility for securing passphrases while keeping them easy to use. Only users with Administrator or Manager roles can configure these settings to tailor passphrases to your team’s needs.

Instead of the default format of six lowercase words separated by hyphens (e.g., apple-banana-cherry-date-elder-flower), you can now customize passphrases to include at least one uppercase letter, one number or one special character — or any combination of these — to significantly boost security.

These enhanced options ensure passphrases are stronger yet remain clear and readable. They are ideal for MSPs, especially when sharing credentials over the phone, as they are simple to dictate and less likely to be misheard. In short, they are secure, practical and tailored for IT teams.

Asset Archive Automation: Workflow Notifications

Datto Networking Wireless Auto-Documentation

With the existing IT Glue and Datto Networking integration, you can seamlessly enhance network visibility by automatically documenting Datto Networking devices such as switches, routers and access points.

Now, we are introducing a way to speed up the onboarding process of new networks or clients without any extra clicks. Datto Networking wireless networks that you currently manage will be automatically documented inside IT Glue as a new Wireless flexible asset, along with the Wi-Fi credentials, related items, access points for each network and contextual details, for complete network documentation in a single pane.

This will significantly reduce the manual process of documenting every Wi-Fi network that you are managing through Datto Networking, allowing your techs to focus on more important tasks as IT Glue does the leg work behind the scenes.

Auto-Sync Microsoft 365 Contacts to BMS

With this new update, Microsoft 365 Contacts that have been newly detected and created inside IT Glue can be automatically pushed and synced into BMS. You no longer have to manually edit and save Microsoft 365 Contacts in IT Glue first for them to then show up in BMS. This ensures data integrity between your core tools - PSA and IT documentation.

Automate technology assessment process with an ability to search and link IT Glue configurations and Flexible assets directly in myITprocess. No more copies of data that is already stored in your other tools. Datto RMM Software Asset Tracker

ISO 27001:2022 and NIST CSF 2.0 Standards Updates in myITprocess

We are excited to announce that the latest versions of ISO 27001:2022 and NIST CSF 2.0 standards are now available in myITprocess Standards Library. The updated ISO 27001:2022 reduces controls from 114 to 93, introduces clearer requirements for ISMS processes and interactions, and emphasizes monitoring and documenting security objectives. Annex A now aligns with ISO 27002:2022, consolidating controls into four themes and adding 11 new controls (e.g., Threat Intelligence, Cloud Services Security).

These updates simplify compliance, reduce complexity and strengthen alignment with modern security practices, making it easier for you to implement and demonstrate robust management processes.

NIST CSF 2.0 introduces a new GOVERN function, refines existing categories and adds subcategories for emerging risks (e.g., supply chain security). Enhanced Profiles and Tiers provide better tools for assessing and improving cybersecurity postures.

The expanded scope and focus on flexibility ensure the framework is adaptable to MSP needs, helping align cybersecurity efforts with enterprise risk management and supply chain security.

SNMP v3 Discovery in Network Glue

IT teams can now leverage SNMPv3 protocol for a broader range of network data and devices for complete and comprehensive network documentation. Network Glue can now securely connect to the device that works on this protocol and automatically document it in IT Glue. With the highly secure SNMPv3 protocol, IT Glue customers can minimize organizational risks without any additional work.

SNMPv3 provides an up-to-date and secure way to monitor any network, making data encryption possible. It also allows admins to specify different authentication requirements on a granular basis for managers and agents. This prevents unauthorized authentication and can optionally be used to require encryption for data transfers.

KaseyaOne Just-in-Time Provisioning and SAML SSO Automatic User Provisioning

When users are created, added to groups or assigned to organizations within KaseyaOne or via SAML SSO, these actions are automatically mirrored in IT Glue for streamlined user management. IT Glue Checklist Templates in an Autotask Ticket

Never miss a step in the process with IT Glue checklists. Previously, IT Glue checklists were available only at the organization level. You can now view IT Glue checklists in an Autotask ticket, ensuring that your carefully created checklist templates in IT Glue are actioned on Autotask.

IT Glue Checklist Templates can be associated with the Checklists Library in Autotask, so you can use Workflow Rules and Form Templates to auto-populate an IT Glue checklist to an Autotask ticket. When an IT Glue checklist is added to a ticket, Autotask checks IT Glue for the latest version of the Checklist Template. This means that once linked, you can adjust and refine your process in IT Glue and have the changes reflected in Autotask automatically.

With Datto Networking, you can have a comprehensive overview of all your networking devices in one pane, next to the rest of your documentation, for faster troubleshooting and increased efficiency. Auto-Suggest Documentation and Embedded Checklists in Autotask

There are two solutions that every MSP needs to conduct their everyday business — their documentation tool and PSA. So naturally, the Autotask and IT Glue integration is the ultimate pairing. BMS Integration Update: Ticketing Inside IT Glue

In this latest update, we made it possible for you to view all tickets from within the IT Glue platform. You can pick up, assign, update and close tickets without having to jump into BMS. Additionally, you are now able to store ticket notes directly into your BMS knowledge base so that you or your team can refer back to this information at a later time.

Cross-Account Migration Service

We are happy to announce that the IT Glue Cross-Account Migration Service is now available in Europe and Australia.

Migrating your documentation across IT Glue accounts while maintaining all asset relationships and folder organization is now possible with the IT Glue Cross-Account Migration Service. Whether you have recently merged or been acquired by another business, the Migration Service will help you transfer your data as well as related items of existing assets, documents and users. This means you won’t have to recreate the relationships between hundreds of items you worked hard to record in the first place. Please note that this service is only available for accounts located in the North American data center.

Take QBRs to the next level and showcase how you protect your clients’ environments with the new Datto Antivirus Executive Report for complete visibility. Seamlessly and automatically create a comprehensive report with the following metrics:

Spanning Backup for Google Workspace

With the new enhancement to the Spanning Backup integration, you can see both your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup information in IT Glue, giving you a complete view of your user protection status.

With Spanning for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integration in IT Glue, you can view your Mail, Calendar, Contacts and Drive backup details alongside the rest of your Contact information already in IT Glue. You can easily determine the user protection status for both Google and Microsoft solutions, along with other backup details like the last backup time, status, total protected asset size and asset backup time in IT Glue.

Password Import With OTP Secret Key

With the IT Glue OTP feature, you can seamlessly access the OTP secret key, making team-shared passwords easy and secure to use. Now you can also import passwords with their OTP secret keys, making onboarding a breeze.

When you import a list of MFA passwords with their associated OTP secret key into IT Glue, it becomes easier to centrally access MFA passwords with OTP secret key for your entire IT team.

Password Policy Enforcement

You can now easily gain complete control over password strength and enforce password policy, ensuring that user data is secure and protected to decrease the associated risks of potential cyberattacks. To increase data security, you can now select a password type to generate — either complex or passphrase — which will be applied to every new password created afterward.

Passphrases are six-word passwords randomly generated and divided by a hyphen. For complex passwords, IT Glue administrators can determine password parameters they want to generate by determining the password length (the number of characters) and by requiring capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

The client’s name will be automatically synced, so you don’t have to go through the same steps over and over again.

With the new Account Switching update, you can easily switch between IT Glue accounts throughout the workday. For maximum security, you are required to log in to each account at the start of the day, and the credentials will be valid for up to five hours. During that time, you can quickly navigate between accounts, enabling you to swiftly access information.

Smart Create: Datto BCDR Backup Health Flexible Asset

The Datto BCDR Health flexible asset feature offers a comprehensive overview of the health of your Datto BCDR backups. It displays health information about your Datto BCDR appliance and highlights agents with failed backups, unprotected volumes, unrelated alerts and no alerts. MyGlue Extension: OTP Support

The MyGlue Extension now supports autofilling One-Time Passcodes (OTP) for saved credentials, making it even faster and easier for users to log in without needing to manually retrieve codes. In addition, the extension gives users greater control over credential security by allowing them to disable autofill on specific websites. Simply open the inline menu and select “Do not autofill for this webpage” to prevent automatic entry of login information—ideal for sites where additional caution is needed.

Integration Name Customization

We know keeping your integrations in tip-top shape is always a priority for you. Understanding where the information is coming from is a key part of that. Now, if you have multiples of the same integration types, for example, Office 365 or RMM integrations, you can customize the name to easily differentiate where the different information is coming from.

This month we held our Q1 Product Update webinar during which we shared exciting new features, such as SSO Access Control and 1-Click AD Password Rotation (now in Beta), the new integration with Datto Networking, and enhanced integrations with Autotask, Datto RMM and Network Detective Pro. The product team also covered roadmap plans for the highly anticipated Offline Password Access and Datto SaaS Protection integration.

SSO Access Control

With the new SSO Access Control feature, you can choose how individual users log in to IT Glue – either exclusively via your SSO provider or directly with their IT Glue credentials. With the option to toggle off SSO Access Control login for specific users, you are in complete control of their login experience. Rest assured; all users will still be protected with IT Glue MFA if they can log in via their IT Glue credentials.

We strongly recommend that you turn on SSO Access Control for an extra layer of security for the critical documentation you have stored in IT Glue.

Please note, once SSO Access Control is turned ON, you will have to manually add users to the “Enforced SSO Override” list for each individual user that is not part of your third-party SSO provider.

Smart Relate Microsoft Users to Devices

This powerful new feature enhances IT Glue’s documentation efficiency by automating the creation of relationships.

Specifically, through the Microsoft 365 integration, Smart Relate: Microsoft Users to Devices automatically links Intune devices (stored as IT Glue Configurations) with the assigned Microsoft 365 Users (IT Glue Users). This means that when viewing either the User or the Device, the other will be readily visible in the Related Items section, eliminating the time it takes to manually create those relationships and completely eliminating the need for information hunting.

Smart Relate improves everyday IT processes such as troubleshooting, onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle management by providing you with the most up-to-date relationships between users and devices inside IT Glue without any extra work.

Integrated Executive Summary Reports: BMS

Leverage myITprocess’s Integrated Executive Summary to highlight the value of your contributions and showcase the successful outcomes you’ve achieved for your clients, whilst eliminating the hassle of gathering data from multiple tools and wasting time consolidating this information into one report.

Cooper Copilot: Smart SOP Generator

Now you can experience the AI-powered efficiency of IT documentation with our Smart SOP Generator. This feature seamlessly captures your screen, keystrokes and clicks, making documentation effortless. Plus, you can preview your capture in real-time on the panel to your right, ensuring everything looks just right as you go.

Open your IT Glue Chrome extension, click Smart SOP Generator in the menu and hit “Start Recording.” Need to remove a screenshot? Just click the trash icon to delete it instantly.

When you’re ready to save your SOP, simply hit “Finish,” give it a title and choose an Organization. That’s it! Your document is automatically saved in a special folder called SOP Generator and opens right away for easy access. You can edit, publish and move your SOP at any time.

Entra ID Groups Auto-Documentation

Streamline the management of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 groups with the new Entra ID Groups Auto-Documentation feature, available exclusively for Network Glue users.

For technicians, troubleshooting is now a breeze. With Entra ID Groups auto-documented as flexible asset types in IT Glue, you can instantly check user group memberships and permissions — no more logging into multiple systems. Offline Mode for Passwords – BETA NOW LIVE

Access to passwords is mission-critical for IT professionals to do their job. With Offline Mode for Passwords, you can access your most sensitive IT Glue assets — your stored passwords — anytime, anywhere. This new feature provides seamless and secure password access, even when IT Glue is under maintenance, giving you peace of mind and ensuring business continuity.

As a result, you can rest assured knowing you will still be able to get the passwords you need to log in to your tools even in unforeseen and emergency situations. Through the new IT Glue Offline Mode browser extension, information such as user permissions, OTP codes, host-proof hosting and activity logs will be preserved when using passwords during offline access.

SSO Role-Based Access Control

SSO Role-Based Access Control enables you to use your IdP as the source of truth for provisioning in IT Glue. IT Glue tracks group movements within your IdP, so when a user changes groups in the IdP, they will be moved in IT Glue if the group is matched. IT Glue groups matched to your IdP groups will have an icon indicating that they have been matched. This allows you to make changes once, reducing the overhead of user provisioning and management.

Smart SOP Generator – RMM Support

The Smart SOP Generator now captures activity during Datto RMM Web Remote sessions. As technicians troubleshoot, apply updates or manage system settings, the Smart SOP Generator automatically records all desktop activity — including keystrokes and clicks — creating accurate SOPs in real time.

This enables effortless process documentation of tasks such as configuring VPNs, managing user accounts, patching software, running scripts, and onboarding or offboarding users. VSA API authentication update

As an enhanced security measure, starting in early 2023, we will no longer support username and password authentication for the Kaseya VSA integration. You will have to use a personal access token that can be generated in Kaseya VSA. Avoid having to re-authenticate by updating your access token today.

Offline Mode for Passwords – General Availability

Access to passwords is mission-critical for IT professionals to perform their jobs effectively. With Offline Mode for Passwords, you can securely access your most sensitive IT Glue assets — your stored passwords — whenever and wherever you need them. IP Access Control

The threats to data have increased exponentially in recent days. The IP Access Control feature helps you boost security by limiting IT Glue access to a specified list of IP addresses. By restricting login attempts from untrusted sources, you can fortify your IT security and protect your valuable data.

Based on a significant increase in nefarious activity by individuals attempting to access IT Glue accounts utilizing credential stuffing tactics, IT Glue made the decision to enforce mandatory password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and password policy for all user accounts in order to ensure a higher level of security for their environments. SSO Access Control Enhancement: Bypass Capability

The SSO Access Control feature allows you to enforce SSO login for IT Glue, so you can avoid having to use the local IT Glue login if you choose to. With the latest enhancement, users on the SSO bypass list will still be able to log in with SSO while also being able to choose to log in with local credentials in case of an emergency that restricts access to their SSO tool. This provides complete control over the login process and ensures business continuity in unforeseen circumstances, without compromising security.

IT Glue Auto-Suggested Documentation in Autotask: Flexible Assets and Default Rules Updates

The new and improved Auto-Suggested IT Glue documentation feature in Autotask tickets is here! Updates include:

• New Default Rules management: Now get the ability to duplicate default rules and restore default rules that have been accidentally or otherwise deleted, all in one easy-to-manage view to streamline how you manage your auto-suggested IT Glue documentation for Autotask tickets.
• Flexible Assets now available: Until now, you could seamlessly view IT Glue passwords and documents auto-suggested in any Autotask ticket, based on either default or customized rules, for easy access to the information you need to resolve an issue. Now, with the introduction of Flexible Assets, such as licenses, LAN, WAN, AD Security Groups or Wireless items being automatically surfaced in the ticket you are working on, you get even more comprehensive documentation visible in your PSA.

AD Password Rotation – Custom Roles

Administrators and managers now have the capability to delegate network management tasks, specifically the management of password rotation in Network Glue, to other technicians and team members who previously lacked this ability. By utilizing the Custom Role for 1-Click AD Password Rotation, permissions can be assigned to other IT Glue features without interfering with access. This guarantees that all relevant team members will possess the required access to the crucial task of password rotation, enabling administrators and managers to allocate more of their time and attention to other responsibilities.

Archived Assets Enhancement for Runbooks

To further enhance your operational efficiency, assets that have already been archived in IT Glue will now be automatically removed from any Runbooks that you generate, if you choose so. This will remove any unwanted noise — asset information you’ve already indicated is irrelevant — without having to go back and manually remove these from a runbook. With an accurate representation of a client’s environment through runbooks in IT Glue, tasks such as offboarding or creating weekly reports to demonstrate what you have documented for a client, will be quick and seamless.

With Unknown Device Notification, you will receive a scheduled email with the total list of unknown devices added to your client’s network that haven’t previously been discovered or documented in IT Glue. This gives your technicians the opportunity to review these devices to match or create new documentation in IT Glue. This way, your team will always have the most up-to-date information on the devices they are working on for your clients.

Network Glue - Custom Role Setting

As an IT Glue Administrator or Manager, the new Custom Role Setting in Network Glue gives you additional granularity on who on your team can be delegated to complete Network Glue administrative tasks. AD Password Rotation Scheduler

Regularly changing passwords is an established industry best practice. However, the manual process of rotating passwords can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Through Network Glue, AD passwords can now be automatically rotated within IT Glue based on a user-defined frequency. This enables enhanced compliance and security, effectively putting password rotation on autopilot.

Password Policy Enforcement – Browser Extension Support

Gain complete control over password strength and enforce password policies with IT Glue, ensuring user data is protected and reducing the risks of potential cyberattacks. IT Glue also allows you to select the type of password to generate — either complex (specifying parameters like length, capital and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) or passphrase (six randomly generated words, separated by hyphens, providing an additional option for security).

This functionality is now available in the IT Glue and MyGlue Chrome and Firefox extensions. Passwords generated via the extensions will follow your organization’s security policies, ensuring compliance with password strength requirements.
